Synopsis

School Group Visits (Without a Guide)

Visits can be booked during opening hours every day except Tuesdays, from 11 am–4:30 pm. Visits to the permanent collection usually last one hour; two hours for the permanent collection and the temporary exhibition on view. The cost of admission is €9 per student. Teacher and chaperones (two per group) enter for free. Teachers of Art History, special support teachers, and certified special needs students are granted free admission. Advance booking is always required for groups.

Guided tour of the permanent collection (or of the temporary exhibition on view)

Cost: € 95,00 + entrance ticket

Duration: 1 hour

Languages: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish. The language must be specified at the time of booking.

The maximum number of students and chaperones allowed is 25.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Guided tours must be booked at least 10 working days in advance of the chosen date by emailing booking@guggenheim-venice.it or by calling +39 041 2405419 every day expect Tuesdays between 9:30 am–5:30 pm. Once the request has been received, you will be emailed a confirmation form with details about the visit (date, time, number of participants, etc.), payment methods, and the terms of modification and cancellation. The booking will be confirmed only once payment is received by the date indicated on the form. Electronic invoices must be requested at the time of booking.
